What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Depending on the type of service, sunset sails may offer premium non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks, while business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate-friendly dining options.
When should I reserve my booking?
Booking 2–3 weeks prior is advised, particularly in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, securing your spot 4–6 weeks in advance allows for a greater choice of yachts and time to tailor the experience.
What's the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our priority is safety first. Should our captain assess that the weather is too hazardous, we will propose an alternative date or offer a complete refund. We constantly monitor the weather and will reach out if concerning weather seems likely 24 hours beforehand.
May I supply my own food and beverages?
Guests are free to bring their own refreshments. We also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Note that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do you offer yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We aim to accommodate every guest. While some yachts are more accessible than others, we invite you to discuss your specific requirements upon reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary preparations.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure are refunded at 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our part.
